A bottle will fill a dose containing an ice cube in a *arbitrary fraction, ½ should be fine* of the time, but this will still subtract a single dose from the bottle, we don't care about mass conservation, we care about countable stuff. If the drink asks for "one unit of yellow", then the bottle should lose "one unit of yellow".
